How can we help?

Reject email domains

Rejecting email domains helps prevent spam, unwanted emails, and potential abuse by filtering out messages from untrusted or irrelevant sources. You can also block a single email if you want more precise control.

Rejecting email domain

1. Click on Admin Panel.

2. Click on Support Channels.

3. Click on Mailboxes.

4. Click on Mailbox Configuration.

5. Toggle on Reject email domains.

6. Enter the domains you want to reject (for example, spam.com).

7. Click on Save.

Any email sent from a rejected domain will still be received, but the resulting ticket will be automatically marked as Spam instead of appearing in your regular inbox.

Blocking a specific email address

If you want to block just one email rather than a whole domain, you can do so from blocking that customer. For more details on blocked customers, refer to this help article.
