Callerdesk Integration

The NeetoDesk x Callerdesk integration needs to be setup in both the sides. Use the following process step by step to do the integration.

Integrate in NeetoDesk

1. Go to Admin Panel > Integrations > Callerdesk.

2. Click on Connect Callerdesk.

3. Enter API key from Callerdesk dashboard (Check Tip 1 below).

Integrate in Callerdesk

1. Go to https://app.callerdesk.io

2. Go to API & Integration > 3rd Party Integration.

3. Find NeetoDesk.

4. Click on Connect.

5. Enter your Subdomain and API Key (Check Tip 2 below).

Tips

1. How to generate API Key in Callerdesk

1. Go to https://app.callerdesk.io.

2. Go to API & Integration > API Keys.

3. Click on Create Key button.

4. A modal will be shown, click Create.

5. Copy the generated API Key.

2. How to generate API Key in NeetoDesk

1. Go to NeetoDesk

2. Go to Admin panel > General > API Keys.

3. Click on Add API Key button.

4. Give a friendly label as "Callerdesk."

5. Save it.

6. Copy the generated API Key.
