The Export feature in NeetoDesk allows you to easily download and export data related to your tickets, customers, and reports. It also includes direct URLs for all attachments. This functionality is essential for data analysis, record-keeping, and sharing information with team members or stakeholders.
Click on Admin Panel.
Click on Data.
Click on Exports.
Click on Add new export.
Choose Format.
Enable Resources toggle as per your need.
And click on Submit.
What's included in ticket exports
When you export tickets, each ticket record includes the following additional data:
Tags — all tags assigned to the ticket.
Custom fields — all custom field names and their values. System fields such as subject, status, and priority are not included here since they already appear as standard columns in the export.
In JSON exports, tags and custom fields appear as nested arrays. In CSV and XLS exports, they are serialized as JSON strings within their respective columns.
