Connect a mailbox with Gmail/Microsoft to automatically receive incoming emails as tickets in NeetoDesk. When you connect for the first time, the latest 10 emails will be imported as tickets.
This can be done during onboarding or by going to Settings > Support Channels > Mailboxes and creating or editing a Mailbox.
This can be done in 2 ways:
During onboarding
In Step 2, click on Login with Gmail / Login with Microsoft
Manual
Go to Settings > Support Channels > Mailboxes
Create a new mailbox / edit a mailbox.
In Step 2, click on Login with Gmail / Login with Microsoft
