Connect a Mailbox with Gmail/Microsoft Outlook

Integrate a Gmail or Microsoft Outlook mailbox with NeetoDesk to automatically convert incoming emails into tickets. When responding to tickets within NeetoDesk, the replies will be sent using the connected support email address using SMTP protocol.

When you first connect a Gmail or Outlook mailbox, NeetoDesk imports your latest 10 email threads as tickets, including every message in each thread, so you see the full conversation right away. Older threads aren't imported. After the first sync, new emails come in automatically.

Connecting Mailbox

  1. Go to Admin Panel.

  2. Click on Support Channels.

  3. Click on Mailboxes.

  4. Click on the Add Support email option.

  5. To add a support email, you may choose Login with Google, Login with Microsoft, or use the email provided by NeetoDesk.

  6. Upon successful verification, your support email will be added.
