Sending ticket updates to Slack

NeetoDesk has support for Slack integration. This way, you can see ticket information and updates on Slack.

Enable Slack Integration

1. Click on Settings from the left sidebar.

2. Click on Integrations from the vertical tabs.

3. Click Connect on the Slack Integration card.

4. Complete the process of integration.

To use Slack, you need to set up an "automation rule."

Set up an automation rule to use Slack:

1. Click on Settings from the left sidebar.

2. Click on the Automation Rule card.

3. Create a new automation rule titled "Notify on Slack".

4. In the Actions dropdown, choose "Message to Slack.".

5. Choose the channel in which the notifications should come.
