Slack Integration

NeetoDesk has support for Slack integration. This way, you can see ticket information and updates on Slack.

Here are the steps to integrate Slack:

1. Click on Settings from the left sidebar.

2. Click on Integrations, you'll see Slack Integration card.

3. Click on Slack Integration card.

4. Click on Login to Slack.

5. Complete the process of integration.

Note: To use Slack, you need to set up an automation rule.
