Manage Third-Party Integrations

Integrations are connections between systems and applications that work together as a whole to share information and data. “Integrations share data from one system to the next to provide you with more features and options while using your software.” NeetoDesk offers a number of integrations and apps to help connect multiple platforms together and manage your data. This article lists the current integrations (available from Settings > Integrations) and links for more information on how to set each integration up.

Here are the ways you can integrate with third-party applications:

  1. Integrate with GitHub.

  2. Integrate with Linear.

  3. Integrate with NeetoPlanner.

  4. Integrate with Slack.

How do I integrate linear with NeetoDesk?

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Go to Integrations > Linear.

  3. On Linear, click on Connect button; it should redirect the user to a new page.

  4. On the new page, write API key in the API key box.

  5. Click on Connect button.

  6. Linear account will be added successfully.

How do I integrate NeetoPlanner with NeetoDesk?

1. Go to Settings > Integrations.

2. Go to Integrations > NeetoPlanner.

3. Click the Connect button to redirect the user to the new page.

4. Click Connect on the new page; it should redirect the user to the configure page.

5. On the configure page, select a project from the drop-down to create a task from NeetoDesk.

6. Click on the save changes button; now, the NeetoPlanner integration has been successfully added.

How do I integrate with Slack?

1. Go to Settings > Integrations.

2. Go to Integrations > Slack .

3. Click the Connect button, it should redirect the user to a new page.

4. On the new page, click on the connect button.

5. Enter the workspace and click on Continue.

6. Now Slack integration has been successfully added.

How do I uninstall any of the integrations?

1. Go to Settings> Integrations.

2. Select any Integration.

3. Click on three dot menu.

4. Click on Disconnect.

5. A modal should appear with the message Uninstall Integration.

6. Type DISCONNECT in the modal and click on Uninstall Integration.
