Adding Ticket to Spam/Trash

Adding a ticket to Spam

  1. Select the checkbox for the tickets that you need to add to the spam.

  2. The Take Action drop-down menu will be displayed.

  3. Select the Report Spam option from the drop-down menu.

  4. A modal will be displayed; click on Report Spam.

  5. The ticket will be added to Spam View.

Adding a ticket to Trash

  1. Select the checkbox for the tickets that you need to add to the spam.

  2. The Take Action drop-down menu will be displayed.

  3. Select the Move to trash option from the drop-down.

  4. A modal will be displayed; click on Move to trash.

  5. The ticket will be added to Trash View.

Permanently delete and restore a ticket from Spam

Tickets that have been in spam for more than 30 days will be automatically deleted; otherwise, if you want to remove them manually,.

Deleting all spam tickets in once

  1. Select Spam View from the Ticket View Sidebar.

  2. All the spam tickets will be listed on the page.

  3. Click on Empty Spam Now! button.

  4. A modal will be displayed for confirmation; click Delete.

  5. All the spammed tickets will be permanently deleted.

Deleting all spam tickets one by one

  1. Select Spam View from the Ticket View Sidebar.

  2. All the spammed tickets will be listed on the page.

  3. Select the Checkbox for the tickets that you need to permanently delete.

  4. Take Action drop-down menu will be displayed.

  5. Select the Delete forever option from the drop-down.

  6. A modal will be displayed; click on Delete.

  7. The ticket will be permanently removed.

Removing a ticket from spam

  1. Select Spam View from the ticket view sidebar.

  2. All the spam tickets will be listed on the page.

  3. Select the checkbox for the tickets that you need to permanently delete.

  4. Take Action drop-down menu will be displayed.

  5. Select the Not Spam option from the drop-down.

  6. The ticket will be removed from spam and listed on the All Tickets view page.

Permanently delete a ticket from Trash

  1. Select Trash View from the ticket view sidebar.

  2. All the deleted tickets will be listed on the page.

  3. Select the checkbox for the tickets that you need to permanently delete.

  4. Take Action drop-down menu will be displayed after the Ticket count

  5. Click on the Delete forever option from the drop-down.

  6. A modal will be displayed; click on Delete.

  7. The ticket will be permanently removed.

Restore a ticket from Trash

  1. Select Trash View from the Ticket View Sidebar.

  2. All the deleted tickets will be listed on the page.

  3. Select the Checkbox for the tickets that you need to permanently delete

  4. Take Action drop-down menu will be displayed.

  5. Select the Restore option from the drop-down.

  6. The ticket will be removed from Trash and listed on the All Tickets view page.
