How to Enable or Disable a Customer Satisfaction Survey

To send customer satisfaction surveys, those surveys need to be enabled.

1. Click on Admin Panel.

2. Click on the customer satisfaction.

3. The Column state shows if a survey is enabled or disabled.

4. Clickon it to enable the survey or disable the survey.
