The customer portal is a page where your customers can see their tickets, read each conversation, reply, close or reopen a ticket, and raise a new one. Customers log in with a code sent to their email address, so they don't need a password.
How customers open the portal
Customers can reach the portal in three ways:
The "view it on NeetoDesk" link at the bottom of the emails they get about a ticket, such as your replies and emails sent by your automation rules. The link opens that ticket.
The "View your ticket" button on the confirmation screen after they submit a ticket form. Customers who are already logged in to the portal go straight to the new ticket instead.
The portal address, which looks like https://yourworkspace.neetodesk.com/consumers/tickets.
To remove the link and the button, see Customer email CTA. Customers who know the portal address can still open it.
If you open a portal link while you are logged in to NeetoDesk, NeetoDesk opens instead of the portal. A link to a specific ticket opens that ticket in NeetoDesk.
