NeetoDesk automatically marks some incoming emails as Spam, so that automated messages don't fill up your inbox. These are the rules it uses.

Automatic replies
Emails that the sender's email system marks as automatic, such as out-of-office replies, are marked as Spam when they would start a new ticket.
Senders that look automated
The first time someone emails you, NeetoDesk adds them as a customer. If the sender looks like an automated system, NeetoDesk blocks that customer right away, and new tickets from them are marked as Spam. A sender is treated as automated when:
their email address starts with notification@ or notifications@, for example notifications@example.com
their email address contains mailer-daemon, which is used for messages saying an email couldn't be delivered
their name contains the word "bot", for example "Example Bot"
This keeps notifications from apps and other automated emails out of your inbox. If one of these senders is someone you do want to hear from, such as a security or monitoring service, you can unblock them.
Unblocking a sender
Go to Customers.
Click Blocked to see the blocked customers.
Click the sender's name to open their details.
Click the three-dot menu at the top of the page, then click Unblock.
Click Unblock to confirm.
New emails from that sender will now create regular tickets. NeetoDesk only checks a sender this way the first time they email you, so it won't block them again. Tickets that went to Spam before you unblocked the sender stay in Spam. To move one back, open the ticket and click Not spam.
