How to Enable Keyboard Shortcuts

There are several keyboard shortcuts you can use to navigate NeetoDesk Support and manage tickets. The keyboard shortcuts available in NeetoDesk allow you to quickly navigate the elements within NeetoDesk and perform common actions and tasks. You can open a list of shortcuts by pressing shift +?

1. Go to Settings > Keyboard Shortcuts.

2. Click on Keyboard Shortcuts.

3. On the Keyboard Shortcuts page, enable the Show Keyboard Shortcut Icon.

4. A list of all the shortcut keys should be displayed on that page.

Verify the keyboard shortcuts modal on the ticket list view page

1. Click on Tickets in the navbar.

2. Press shift +? It should open the keyboard shortcut modal.

3. Press Escape to exit the modal.

Verify the keyboard shortcuts modal on the ticket detail page

1. Click on Tickets in the navbar.

2. Press shift +? It should open the keyboard shortcut modal with all the existing shortcut keys.

3. Press Escape to exit the modal.
