Add a new support email

A customer can create a new ticket by sending an email to the support email ID of the workspace. NeetoDesk allows the workspace to have more than one support email ID enabled simultaneously.

Follow the steps to add a new support email ID:

  1. Log in using your admin account.

  2. Go to Settings -> Support Channels -> Mailboxes.

  3. Click on the New Mailboxes button.

Provide the necessary details and click on Submit.
