Companies can be used to group customers using their email domains. When customers create tickets using a domain that is used by a company, the customers will automatically be added to the company.

This will help the account admins and owners in filtering, segregating and setting up different workflows for different customers.


Let's say that we have an Example company that has domain added in neetoDesk.

When customer [email protected] creates a ticket, Sam will be assigned with Example company.

Here's how you can create companies:

  1. Click on Settings > Companies

  2. Click on Add new company button

  3. Add details and Save changes
