A company is the name of the customer's business. The administrator links each customer to its business, which helps identify the name of the business from which the tickets have been created and assigned in NeetoDesk.
Example
Let's say we have an example company with a https://example.com domain added to NeetoDesk.
When customer [email protected] creates a ticket, Sam will be assigned to Example Company.
To link a customer to a business, the first step is to create a new company, which can be done in the following way:
Here are the steps to add a company:
Go to Settings > Companies.
Click on the Add New Company button.
Enter the company name, description, and domain.
Click the Save Changes button, and the new company will be successfully added.
Adding a company name to a customer:
Go to Customers.

Click on the Action button for a customer and select Edit.
Select the company name from the drop-down.
After clicking the Save Changes button, the new company will be successfully tagged to the customer.
