Linear integration with NeetoDesk allows teams to connect customer support tickets with project tasks, keeping workflows aligned. With this setup, you can easily link and track issues from NeetoDesk in Linear, ensuring that important support items are followed up in your project management system.
How to integrate Linear with NeetoDesk
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Go to Integrations > Linear.
On Linear, click on Connect Linear button; it should redirect the user to a new page.
On the new page, write API key in the API key box.
Click on Connect.
Linear account will be added successfully.
How to send Tickets to Linear
Once the Linear integration is connected, follow these steps to send NeetoDesk tickets to Linear:
Open the ticket details.
On the right side, click the "Create Linear Issue" button.
The ticket will be sent to Linear, and the Linear issue number will appear in the same spot.
