Linear Integration

Linear integration with NeetoDesk allows teams to connect customer support tickets with project tasks, keeping workflows aligned. With this setup, you can easily link and track issues from NeetoDesk in Linear, ensuring that important support items are followed up in your project management system.

  1. Go to Admin Panel.

  2. Click on Integrations.

  3. Enter the API key and click on Connect.

  4. Linear account will be added successfully.

Send tickets to Linear

  1. Open the ticket details page.

  2. On the right side, click the Create Linear issue.

  3. The issue is created.

  4. Clicking on issue number will take you to the linear page.
