Integrate a Gmail or Microsoft Outlook mailbox with NeetoDesk to automatically convert incoming emails into tickets. When responding to tickets within NeetoDesk, the replies will be sent using the connected support email address using SMTP protocol.
When you connect for the first time, the latest 10 emails will be imported as tickets.
This can be done during onboarding or by going to Settings > Support Channels > Mailboxes
During onboarding
In Step 2, click on Login with Gmail / Login with Microsoft.
Manual
Go to Settings > Support Channels > Mailboxes.
Click on the Add Support email option.
To add a support email, you may choose Login with Google, Login with Microsoft, or use the email provided by NeetoDesk.
Upon successful verification, your support email will be added.
