Tags can be added to tickets, and these tags can then be used in business rules to manage the ticket workflow.
1. Go to Admin Panel.
Click on Ticket Tags.
Click the Add New Tag.
Enter the Tag Name and Description.
Click on Save Changes button, and the new tag will be added successfully.
Adding a ticket tag to a ticket
Go to Tickets.
Click on any ticket.
On the ticket detail page, click on Tags.
Select Tag from the dropdown.
Click on the Save Changes button; the new ticket tag will be tagged to the ticket successfully.
