Auto BCC features allow you to get a copy of all emails written by your agents. Some companies want to log all outgoing emails for audit, security or compliance reasons. Some companies use this feature to spot-check what kind of responses the agents are sending.
For security reasons, BCC is not added to certain emails, including the Account Invitation and Verification emails.
To automatically add an email to BCC, follow these steps:
Go to Settings > Mailboxes
Click on Mailbox Configuration
Enable Set auto BCC email
Fill in the BCC email.
Click on the Save Changes button.
